Cryopreserved Human Dermal Reticular Fibroblasts

Cells are isolated from adult abdominal dermal explants and provided either cryopreserved or in a variety of plated formats. Dermal Fibroblasts are available from donors with and without Type 2 diabetes. Donor information regarding gender, age, and BMI are provided. We provide at least 1×10⁶ cells in each cryopreserved vial of dermal fibroblasts.

Donor matched sets of dermal fibroblasts, keratinocytes, and preadipocytes (or cultured adipocytes) are also available.

All cells have been tested for fibroblast morphology and viability.

Cells have tested negative for HIV-1, HIV-2, HTLV-1, HTLV-2, Hepatitis B, Hepatitis C and mycoplasma.
